Easy French Dip Slidersrecipe adapted from Chelsea's Messy Apron
Ingredients12 count pack of sweet Hawaiian rolls
9 slices provolone cheese
1 lb premium roast beef from deli counter
5 tbsp. butter
1 packet of Au Jus seasoning mix
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp minced garlic
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 pyrex pan.
Slice the Hawaiian rolls completely in half while still together and layer the bottom part in the pyrex.
Top with roast beef, then the provolone cheese and finally with the tops of the rolls.
Melt the butter and mix in one tbsp. of the au jus mix, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic.
Pour this mixture over the top of the rolls and bake uncovered for about 15 minutes.
While rolls are baking, mix the rest of the au jus seasoning and two cups of cold water in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer until sauce slightly thickens.
Cut sandwiches with a sharp knife and serve with dipping sauce.
